About Tom Cunningham:
Tom Cunningham began his broadcasting career while still a student at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. Cunningham returned to his native New Jersey and joined the staff at the WPST in Trenton, where he spent 10 years rising through the ranks to the Station Manager position and achieved numerous station and programming awards.
Cunningham then became Editor at the national music industry trade publication Friday Morning Quarterback, and then moved to executive positions in the promotion departments at Reprise, Jive, Universal and Vanguard Records.
In 2003, he debuted the all-Springsteen Sunday morning Bruce Brunch on WCHR-FM (105.7 The Hawk) at the Jersey Shore, which has garnered loyal listeners on the local, national and global levels. Cunningham has joined forces with various charities at the Jersey Shore to raise money and awareness for a number of worthy causes. He continues to host Bruce Brunch in addition to Boss Time Radio for Envision Radio Networks.
About Phil LoCascio:
Phil LoCascio has been a successful Program Director for CBS and Cox in such major markets as Atlanta, Washington DC, Cleveland, and Syracuse.
For the past five years he was employed by Millennium Radio at their Jersey Shore cluster as Director of Rock Programming. He built “The Hawk” from the ground up into a well-known Jersey Shore radio brand. The station consistently ranked in the Top 3 of its adult target audience.
Prior to that, he was Program Director for CBS Radio in Washington, DC where he orchestrated a 50% ratings increase at his rock station within his first year of hire. As a result it became one of the Top 5 most listened to stations in Washington, DC.
During his eleven-year stay at Cox Radio in Atlanta, LoCascio built one of America’s leading, Marconi Award winning, “Soft Rock” stations from the ground up in another major market. As programming leader of WSB-FM, it was consistently ranked in the Top 3 for ten years.
While programming in Cleveland, Phil was a member of the “Founders Committee” for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH. During his career, Mr. LoCascio has programmed, advised, or directly consulted with stations of every major radio format resulting in ratings and revenue success.
